These rooms can be set up in a number of different ways including classroom, theatre or boardroom style.

A Full range of audio-visual and PA equipment is readily available. Simultaneous multi translation and presentation facilities can be provided. The Resort's outstanding capabilities include video conferencing and teleconferencing.

A specialised team of highly-trained, professional staff is on hand to cater to every aspect of function and meeting requirements. The property also offers a range of special themes to suit individual group requirements. These include Kampung Nelayan Bali or the Fisherman Village Theme, as well as the Raja Laya in which the room is decorated to resemble a Balinese Royal Gala event.

The Hotel's extensive range of restaurants presents excellent venues for conference and incentive group meal arrangements, with capacities ranging from 100 to 400 people. Additionally, the Hotel's extensive grounds provide numerous opportunities for outside venues. The Beach Garden is able to accommodate up to 1500 people for alfresco dinning.
