Ayodya Resort Bali, appointed Attila Kormoczi as Executive Chef.

Mr. Frank A. Lieppman, the General Manager of Ayodya Resort Bali is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Attila Kormoczi as the new Executive Chef.

A German national, Chef Attila Kormoczi has worked at a number of prestigious restaurants in Germany, including the fine dining, 1 Star Michelin and 17 points Gault Millau rated restaurant, known as 'Die Ente' in Wiesbaden, where he held the position of Demi Chef de Cuisine on the posts of Saucier and Poisonnier. He then moved to 'Vau' in Berlin, where he worked as Chef de Partie under Celebrity Chef Kolja Kleeberg, while also assisting Mr. Kleeberg during his cooking show 'Kolja Kleeberg Kocht', which was aired on German TV.

From 2003 until 2007, Chef Attila worked at The Westin Grand Hotel in Berlin, originally employed as Junior Sous Chef before being promoted to Sous Chef. His most recent position before his move to Ayodya Resort Bali was as Executive Sous Chef at 'Borchardt' in Berlin, where he was in charge of the catering and production department, including the restaurants 'San Nicci', 'Pan Asia', 'Café am Neuen See', 'Universal Music' and 'O2 Arena' with an annual food turnover of 1.5 million Euros and a kitchen staff of 60. He has also worked in 'Humperdinck' restaurant in Frankfurt am Main as Demi Chef de Cuisine, and ' Marcobrunn' restaurant in Schloss Rheinhartshausen, Eltville am Rhein. He served his apprenticeship at Hotel Nassauer Hof in Wiesbaden.
