TRAMPOLINE USAGE RULES

1. Use of trampoline is at your own risk
2. Trampoline is only for children over 6 years to 12 years old
3. Maximum weight restriction is 80kg
4. Limit yourself to 15 minutes on the trampoline
5. We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children
6. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
7. Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the main area (unless accompanied on trampolines by parent or guardian)
8. There is a rise of serious injury if care is not taken when using the trampoline. Using trampoline is physically demanding and involves jumping and other strenuous action involving height, speed and unpredictable surfaces. Jumping on trampoline is a high impact.
9. No double bouncing (there should never be 2 kids on one trampoline at the same time). Strictly only 1 kid per trampoline at any one time
10. Always jump so you and on both feet at the same time. Never land with just one foot
11. Know your limits. Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill
12. No double flips or triple flips even if you are capable
13. Do not jump or flips over other participants
14. Approved anti-slip socks must be worn at all times
15. Remove all items from your kid pockets prior to jumping
16. All jewellery, watches, coins or a like to be removed prior to jumping
17. Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points such as buckles, stud, and toggles
18. No food, drink or chewing gum whilst jumping
19. No phone or cameras on the jump area
20. Always follow the marshals instructions dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and you could be asked to leave
21. Make sure you have control before leaving the trampoline
