Players throw, roll or kick a leather ball with  its aim of getting their ball as far as possible near the target ball. This needs a high level of skill and coordination

Aqua Aerobic

Gymnastics movements in the swimming pool. Aqua aerobic is a form of aerobic exercise carried out in the swimming pool, which requires all  participants to soak in the water. This activity includes aerobic movements such as jumping, hand movements and foot movements carried out in water. This is mostly done vertically and without swimming, usually in pools where the water is waist deep or deeper. The purpose is to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Exercising in water reduces the impact on the joints, so movement feels gentler on the body

Beach Run

Beach Run is an  activity which is carried out along the beach with sand as the main surface. The advantage and challenge of running on this beach is that the very soft sand can make the exercise more intense. Running on the beach is also healthier and good for health therapy, grains of sand on the beach can make your leg muscles stronger, burn more calories and make your joints healthier
